After not recieving my order, and having contact with allstars motorsport, they are not willing to help me at all, they just send me a document that says ‘deliverd’ no signature, no picture nothing.. i paid 12 euro for shipping and now that i didnt recieve my item, i have to figure it out myself.. never had such bad customer service.. never ever buying from here again.

Delivery of wrx sti Mishimoto exhaust was very fast, part as described, fits very well. Performance automotive parts prices are realy very low, no additional charges (in EU), delivery cheap. Response from seller about other performance parts was fast and accurate. Will buy from this seller again.

They ripped me off a few some time ago.

Sent me an item that was for the incorrect car and had me take the hit on the return costs from the UK back to France.

Never buy from them.

I have bought one exhaust system and one intake in two different orderd. Both orders were delivered perfectly. The customer care was really good and fast. I buy only here and i will buy only here i think.

Hi. Bought 4 Japanese wheels, 2 were delivered in a period of two months after the order was made and the other two still did not receive them! We are now entering 5 months...... They want to refund for this missing two wheels, but they do not accept back the delivered 2units. Other thing, 1 of the delivered wheels, one is bend (a new wheel) and they do not refund, replace or care about the issue (for me repair a brand-new wheel is out of the question, obviously) ....
Customer support does not exist in the company... Please read always the terms, it will be clear to everyone that when something is not OK in the transaction is not their fault....
I will ask support to my lawyer

I ordered a i20n intake of forge, next day they shipped it, customer service was good via WhatsApp.

Never had a package thas was so carfully packaged :)

They entered the wrong address with DPD and my package was delivered to somebody else. 280 euros down the drain. Total garbage and been waiting over 1.5 weeks.

Highly recommended to avoid this website. I bought a downpipe which according to the description 'will fit bolt-on without additional modifications' and it was just a completely different size, width and etc.
It wouldn't have been a problem if they would take the responsibility for saying it will fit but now they are not even answering to emails anymore.

Avoid at all costs.
