Stained loveseat made right
Update: Aliving is sending us a new bottom part of the loveseat to replace the stained piece. Thank you for making this right! We are so glad we will be able to use the loveseat we fell in love with!
We bought a loveseat that we fell in love with from them. They arrived in a timely matter but one side showed up with a stain on it that can’t be removed. Right now they are offering us $50 to keep the loveseat and shut up. We want a replacement for the stained side or a full refund. I will update this based on their response.

Aliving Home's product( powered Love Seat) is very well made. The motor is so quiet,for a second you think it's not working. It is very firm and comfortable. The regular Love seat is not for tall people.
It is a bit difficult to reach someone in customer service. But they promptly respond to e mails. A customer service person will call you. And is very prompt with follow up calls. They are very caring and kind. And go above and beyond to help you. Many companies could take lessons from them. Out standing service.

I recently bought the Aliving 76.8-inch Fireplace TV Stand, and I’m really happy with it! It arrived in two boxes (FedEx didn’t deliver them together, so patience is key).
The fireplace feature is fantastic. It emits a nice heat source that’s perfect for supplemental warmth, though I wouldn’t rely on it as the sole heating source for my home. It looks stylish, works well, and is a great value. I’d recommend it to others.
