It’s just over a year now I had surgery performed by Dr Ali
I had the mummy makeover and 3 areas Lipo- flying over from the UK I was super nervous, meeting Dr Ali took those nerves away instantly, such a lovely and calm man/surgeon! I received 5 star service from start to finish and can even now to this day message him and he always replies.
My surgery is absolute perfection- fabulous perky boobs and a tummy like an ironing board and as for scaring - what scarring, you’d have to stair closely to even notice it - again absolute perfection!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go back to Dr Ali
Having surgery isn’t just about the results, it’s the before and after - after care and you get it all with Dr Ali.
Super super happy and very lucky to have found and went with this amazing surgeon.

I traveled from Germany to Turkey for my breast surgery with Dr. Yildirim and I’m beyond happy with the results. He really listened to what I wanted and made me feel safe and supported throughout the whole process. The result looks super Natural and at the Same time full and round and voluminous – even though the implants were placed under the muscle and it fits perfectly to my body. I also had a breast lift with nipple repositioning. Dr. Yildirim performed the procedure with incredible precision everything was shaped and stitched so beautifully and aesthetically. He also did his best to keep the scars as minimal as possible, and it truly shows. I’m really impressed with his work! I can truly recommend him such a talented and professional doctor! 💕✨

Had my rhinoplasty back in march it’s now june and my nose is healing amazingly! I feel so much more confident and comfortable in myself. I was very scared for the procedure but had absolutely nothing to be scared of dr.Ali is incredibly good at his job if in future i wanted more surgery would 100% be with dr.Ali no doubt!

Had my rhinoplasty surgery done with Dr Yildrim a year ago and I have been super happy from start to finish with the whole experience. He made me feel super comfortable upon meeting him to discuss my surgery as I came from the UK so felt super nervous. He was honest about the difficulties he may face during surgery as my nose was quite a complex job due to a previous rhinoplasty I had. The aftercare and the check ins from Dr Yildrim were super comforting and he was always checking in for the last year to see how my nose has been and answered any questions I may of had. I found my experience with Dr Alirizayildirim amazing. He made me feel comfortable and was very personal. Any concerns or questions i asked or needed he answered them and put my mind at ease. I had a breast uplift and implants last year and also labiaplasty . I love my breast now and feel more confident in my skin. Dr Ali has done an amazing job with both procedures . I have had no cause for concerns or problems. I have recommended my family and friends also. I would 1000% go back to Dr Ali in the future if i wanted any further procedures .

I had a breast uplift with implants in March 2024 with Rhinoplasty surgery. Both were done together in Istanbul. I had a consultation the morning of the surgery with Dr Ali Riza and discussed what I wanted to achieve showing photographs. A few hours later I was taken down for the surgery. The hospital was immaculate and the nurses and aftercare was great. The next day I was taken to a recovery villa and checked thoroughly and frequently. The first few days I was sore which was to be expected with the pain relief I was up and about day 3. I returned back to the uk and had a point of contact for any concerns I did have but was reassured and no issues. 1 year later I am so happy with my results and would recommend Dr Ali Riza for your surgery. Life-changing – extremely happy with my nose job!

I had my rhinoplasty done a few months ago, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! From the very first consultation, I felt completely taken care of – the team was professional, honest, and really took the time to understand what I wanted.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the pre- and post-op care was outstanding. My face looks more balanced now, but still very natural – exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been getting so many compliments, but most importantly, I finally feel confident and comfortable in my own skin.

Dr. Ali – a doctor you can trust completely

Dr. Ali is simply a wonderful doctor – incredibly helpful, warm, and personable. I was also absolutely thrilled with the clinic: modern, clean, and with a truly friendly, caring team.

I had looked at many before-and-after pictures beforehand and was totally impressed. After that, it was clear to me: I wanted to go to Dr. Ali. I had him do my ears – and what can I say? It was an absolute dream! I can finally wear high, tight braids and feel completely comfortable with them.

I then had a breast lift with implant replacement and nipple repositioning. I never would have thought I would have such beautiful breasts – I am overjoyed with the result!

Dr. Ali is not only highly skilled, but also extremely empathetic. He listens carefully, accommodates all your wishes, and you simply feel well looked after and understood.

After the surgery, we returned to the hotel, where a complete, all-inclusive, worry-free package awaited us. A lovely nurse was there around the clock, checked my blood pressure several times a day, and took excellent care of me.

I can truly recommend Dr. Ali from the bottom of my heart – for me, it was the best decision ever!🫂🥰❤️

I had my first surgery in Australia by a different surgeon who had left my muscles cut open and also my breasts had become deformed and for 12 years i lived in pain and i was forever hiding my breasts. I travelled all the way across the world to Istanbul Turkey to meet Dr Ali in 2024 and i had a chest reconstruction and and uplift and my implants replaced. The before and after was amazing. Dr Ali also had sewed my muscles back together after negligence from the Australian doctor after 12 years living with this, also i was unaware of the depths of my breasts issues and cut muscles until visiting Dr Ali sat me down aftersurgery took place and told me what he had found and fixed for me. I am so happy that i took the brave move to travel overseas to meet Dr Ali and have my chest reconstruction done with him and his team.

I visited Dr. Ali with a specific and complicated case due to two unsuccessful rhinoplasties, and I also wanted to make some corrections to my eyelids, which I planned at the last minute. Dr. Ali provided the best solutions and was able to perform the upper eyelid surgery, even though we hadn't previously discussed it during our consultations. He is very kind, understanding, and offers the best advice. My nose looks perfect! And he is always responding all the questions as well after the surgery. I had rhinoplasty with Dr Ali on 21st January 2025 booked through Comfort Zones, My nose was previously fractured & had a deformity a major insecurity of mine.

On arrival to the hospital I was checked in efficiently & professional, the hospital is spotless. Dr Ali then came to visit me for a consultation, during my consultation I explain what I didn’t want and what I did want to achieve along side showing him

From waking up after my surgery I could breath instantly which was a shock as I was expecting to be in discomfort, at no point was I ever in pain and my bruising & swelling was barely nothing.

I am now nearly 4 months post op and I could not be happier, my nose changes weekly. Dr Ali has gone out his way to check in on me on my healing process which no other surgeons I know do! He has delivered beyond my expectations and I am happier than ever! I would highly recommend Dr Ali to anyone considering rhinoplasty and anyone who has deformities he is a highly skilled and basically a miracle worker!

I cannot recommend Dr Ali enough, i was so scared for my first surgery he made me feel so comfortable and safe. June last year I had a mummy makeover with him. I had high expectations in my head and he completely blew it out of the water. It was better than I could have hoped for. Not only was the surgery exactly what I wanted but I cannot fault his aftercare at all. For months post op he was messaging me asking me how I was it I was happy with my results ect. I’m very much looking forward to visiting him again this year. He’s a fantastic Dr and person.
