My Umrah trip was well organized and everything was taken care of even minor details that I haven’t thought about. Got reminders to have papers completed like vaccines before travel time. They also managed to adjust the flights as per my request to be convenient for my family.
One thing I would recommend is to request a guide along with you if it is your first time. I opted out of having a guide and it was my mistake. All in all, it was a great experience الحمدلله

My family and I recently went on Umrah with Al Huda tour and travels /Al Kiswa group, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The entire journey was so well-organized that we felt at ease and completely focused on our ibadah. The hotel was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the Haram, which made it so easy to attend prayers and spend time in worship without any hassle.

Traveling with my family, I was especially grateful for how smoothly everything was handled, allowing us to focus on the spiritual aspects of our journey. This group truly went above and beyond to make our Umrah experience as meaningful and peaceful as possible. I would highly recommend the team to anyone considering this blessed journey.

It was smooth with alhuda tours the flights and the bus to takes us to the hotel. The hotels was more than 5 stars. The bus came and picked up from the hotel in mekka and tools us to Medina it was also smooth and omg Medina was very beautiful and quite and peaceful.

Brother Ahmed has been an excellent help and a great agent and consultant at Alhuda Tours. He has provided wonderful support throughout. This was my first time using Alhuda Tours. Ahmed helped put together a great tailor-made Umrah package for us, taking care of all our needs. He went above and beyond, even staying overtime on many occasions to ensure our Umrah package was sorted out on time and resolving any issues that arose. We spent 10 days in Saudi Arabia on pilgrimage, and overall, it was a well-organized trip. The transportation was excellent, and Anees was always available to provide advice or arrange trips. Idrees was our agent who put the trip together and did a good job overall. Our hotel in Makkah was the Elaf Kinda, and in Madinah was the Pullman Zamzam. Both hotels were very nice, but we did encounter issues with car access at the Elaf Kinda. Therefore, I would recommend the Pullman in Makkah or the Makkah Tower, which is close to the Elaf Kinda.

Ahmed provided outstanding guidance with exceptional communication and professionalism. I booked a female-only Umrah package and had initial concerns about safety and security, but I was thoroughly impressed with all the services provided, from flights and hotel accommodations to transportation and communication. Mecca trip was 10/10. Amazing hotel, very convenient and close to haram. Everything was in walking distance. Loved it

Madina hotel was average. Service was ok, room was very tiny for 4 ppl. No room for luggage. Bathroom was very small. Overall liked it.
Turkey trip was 6/10. Hotel was worst part very bad service. None of the staff speak English. Room was terrible and bathroom as well. Bathroom shower door was broken so water was leaking out of the shower. Breakfast was terrible as well.

Transportation services over all trip was great. Well planned and on time.
Our travel agent Ahmed was amazing and helped us out thru out the trip and he was in-touched with us start trip to end our trip.
