This company is highly untrustworthy. They delete negative reviews from their website, and it’s obvious that many of their 5-star ratings are fake.

I ordered a dress that, according to their website, was supposed to be shipped from Kosovo, but it was actually sent from the US. As a result, I had to pay expensive customs fees.

When the dress finally arrived, it was the wrong size and had missing sequins in several places – the quality was absolutely unacceptable. How can a company even sell a dress in such a condition?

At first, their customer support reply fast – then they just disappear and ignore you. I have been promised a refund, but over a month has passed.

If you’re still considering buying from this website, do yourself a favor and check out their Instagram page — you’ll see what many real customers are saying about this awful company.

I think this company is a scam

I think this company is a scam. The quality they have is similar to a sweatshop quality compared to the high price. I ordered 3 dresses to try and I already indicated that I will return 2. they did not inform me about custom fees that I need to pay. All the 3 dresses were full of issues with the corset being frayed, the embellishments falling off and all over my apartment. So I returned them but I’m short 250£ because I paid for the custom fees that they will not reimburse me for!!!! Honestly this entire place is a scam. Do not buy.

It’s quite disappointing that this dress was shipped out to a customer in it’s condition

I ordered my dress and then they messaged me saying they don’t have the materials and showed me other options that were not what I was looking for. The dress was not out of stock on the website and this was quite disappointing. However when I spoke to Liridona after I expressed my worries about this and she helped solve this problem and was amazing. However when I received the dress there were production faults and the cups of the dress are uneven and there is a rip on the inside of the dress below the zip. My main worry is the cups as that requires absolute alterations, the rip under the zip is not noticeable as it is on the inside of the dress however this may cause problems when trying to zip up the dress in the future. I messaged the Albina Dyla number and was offered a return however my event is in a month and I live in Australia. I could not accept this due to the worry of not having the dress returned in time after the issues I’ve already had I could not rely on them and put my confidence in them. They then offered me only 40% cover for alterations cost if I go to a local tailor. This was quite shocking and disappointing as I need to now pay 60% of the alterations costs when It was their production team who made these faults and mistakes when making the dress. The fact that this dress was even shipped out to a customer is quite disappointing. I don’t think I will be ordering from Albina Dyla again in the future as I have had a horrible experience.

Perfect Fit Delivered Just in Time!

I ordered a gorgeous gown from Albina Dyla for Miss Universe Albania & Kosovo. When it arrived, it was too big since I had sized up to be safe, and I was about to travel, which made things very stressful. Thankfully, Genita on their team was incredible — she worked with me over WhatsApp to make everything right. They remade the dress in my correct size and even hand-delivered it to my hotel in Tirana just in time. Everything worked out beautifully, and I felt amazing on the red carpet. Be patient

Hello, I ordered a dress from ALBYNA DYLA. While ordering communication is great, sales person went above and beyond to fix the website and restock the soldout dresses I was asking about. Once order is done and payment went through, this is where communication cut off. However, I understood that the person that replies is only in charge of taking orders and not dealing with further questions. The only misleading part that could be communicated better is that it takes 3 days to ship, that doesnt mean you will receive in 3 days. They have to make the dresses first. Without communication it did feel like a scam, but be patient. As soon as they produce the dress (around 3 weeks) they inform you it is ready for shipping and send a tracking number. I sent the dress to the US, and then with a cousin to Lebanon, received and finally wore it to a friend’s wedding and it looked amazing and identical to pictures. Definitely a stunner. Only advice, updated clients during production process. Will order again

Never again

Despite placing my order well in advance and relying on your promise that the dress would arrive within two weeks, I was left waiting until the very last minute. I reached out several times and was repeatedly reassured — but the dress never arrived. I had to buy a replacement dress just one day before my brother’s wedding.

As the groom’s sister, it was incredibly disappointing to wear something so last-minute, especially when many guests were better dressed. What should have been a joyful experience was overshadowed by stress and frustration.

To make matters worse, I had to chase after my refund, which added even more unnecessary hassle.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering from this shop — especially not for important events.

I am writing a very negative…

I am writing a very negative experience. I ordered a dress that is very big for me, but their team helped me with the size. I asked them to send me a return form. They did not send it to me or respond to my emails. I do not recommend this site for cooperation. Plus, they sent it to me via FedEx and wrote a pub price so that I received 200 euros in customs, which indicates that they generally have no experience with sending dresses outside the country of Kosovo. A very big disappointment
