Vehicle showed up when expected. Received good communication throughout process. Had a minor hiccups with inoperable gas gauge and Ak Car Transport was able to get it handled.

Only real gripe is online estimate was less than actual estimate by several hundred dollars. Only found out after I committed.

Shipped my truck from Fairbanks, AK to Hilo, HI. Alaska Car Transport price was reasonable. I was worried by reading the negative review's, however, they updated me on the movement up my vehicle moving from WA to CA when it switched to Hawaii Car transport. There were no updates from them but I was still able to track the movement by other means. My vehicle was available to be picked up on the estimated date. Vehicle was in great shape and nothing went missing. Thank you Alaska Car transport for taking care of my vehicle. I definitely would use this company again and/or recommend Alaska Car transport 😊🤙🏾💕

Shipping the car was so easy. I am not going to lie, I worried a bit, but there was no reason to worry. From pick up in Ohio to picking it up in Alaska, everything went smoothly My car arrived in a timely matter too! There were no hidden fees. I would recommend!

I would never use this company again. I shipped a Subaru Forrester from Tacoma Washington to Anchorage Alaska. It was over $3000 to ship the vehicle. There are cheaper options, but Alaska car transport assured me my vehicle would make it safe and on time. I planned my return to Alaska the day after my vehicle was supposed to be available for pick up. When I returned, I called Alaska car transport and was told that my vehicle Not only wasn’t ready for pick up, but hadn’t even left the port in Washington yet. I was stranded in Anchorage without a vehicle and ended up spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars extra because of this. The vehicle didn’t arrive for two more weeks after the date they told me it would be there.

Excellent service from start to finish! Clear and frequent communication regarding my shipment was amazing, staff was very friendly and my car made it to AK on schedule. I hbae now used them both moving out of and back to AK. Will use them again if I ever have another vehicle to ship.

What made my experience great, was it my car was picked up on time, and transported to the barge in Tacoma, and arrived in Anchorage exactly when expected. My car came in perfect condition, and the office staff at Alaska car transport are very friendly, and helpful, and answered all of my questions. So glad that I chose them for my move to Alaska!
