This company is operating directly from China. You have a problem which I do…. You’re gonna have to speak with someone in China. They have a warehouse here in the USA. My rabbit hutch? Absolutely junk! Flimsy and unstable and not only is that the truth but they didn’t send me one of the major parts to the hutch , like the hutch’s front!!!! I also received a cracked floor!!!! I wanted to return the hutch and they have ghosted me and won’t give me a return slip!!! I literally was scammed!!! I’m telling you you’re gonna regret it if you don’t take this warning seriously!!!! Also, I cannot believe these credit card companies are supporting this company that is ripping people off!!!

The products is exactly as described...but it takes longer than what was advised. Customer service is great and helpful. Just wish there was a larger/wider run available for the Air27...I put 2 together and would have loved to have a square covered run to add on

ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. I made a purchase, realized it was the wrong size and asked about a return. I was told I could ship it back at my own expense when the item arrived. I then bought a second item that was the correct measurements. I was negotiated with once the product arrived - offering me 30 or 50 dollars to "keep it" and "ask a friend if they want it" instead of my full refund of $200.
Two months later and I am still fighting for my refund. I own one product and have paid for two. Highly UNETHICAL business practices - it's too bad because I have no issue whatsoever with the actual product.

Purchased a cat house (catio) from Aivituin on 19 April 2024 for $465.39. The catio has totally rusted after only 7 months. Rusted so badly that the roof has collapsed into the house and the front portion has disintegrated. Reached out to customer service and provided them several pictures and video that their product was defective and my cats can not use it as it has broken rusted wire all over it. I was offered $20 so I could go buy wood glue and glue the rusted metal back together. If my cats go into this catio the could lose their life. Could poke their eyes on the broken wire or even by ingesting it. Then offered $60 to repair it myself. They will not stand behind their defective product and it was very expensive! Was then told to dismantle the rusted catio that is 106 lbs and ship it back to them. I have no problem sending the catio back but they refuse to send a prepaid shipping label. Zero common sense customer service support. Requesting the compete reimbursement for this AIR52 large catio or a complete replacement. I also have video I can provide as well.

I was waiting on a replacement heating pad for the medium insulated dog house before leaving this review. This house is absolutely beautiful and aside from getting the caps on the feet, it was fairly easy to put together by myself. With the insulation in, the house is much smaller than I expected. A rat terrier (small dog) JUST fits, so if you have a medium dog, you're going to need a large.
Unfortunately, the heating pad worked only one day. I wrote to send it back and it took a couple evasive replies from them before I got a positive response. They first told me the factory did not have any and they were waiting on a new shipment. It would take about 15 days. A month later plus a reminder email and I finally got one shipped to me. It didn't work at all.

Great coop, took a little longer to finish putting together. Features like trays for easy cleaning, and access to gather eggs makes this coop extremely nice, as well as easy to move around with the wheels on one end.

A pretty good value and easy to assemble. Metal framing components and pre-assembled doors make a positive difference. The wood used looks good but is very light weight, so plan on adding a coat of sealer on the outside when you're done. Maybe now I'll get my cat a house :-)

Only 45 mins. to assemble. Super easy-to-understand instructions. My tortoise is a hatchling so I cut plastic to fit over the open top to keep humidity high. In the closed section I planted a garden with grow lights so he can graze on fresh sprouts when I remove the barrier I made between the sections. I put bright dollar store framed art on his walls.😁😁

This company is marketing products for rabbits that are cruel and not acceptable. Contacted the company to return the product, was told I would be sent a shipping label which never took place. Deceptive and false advertising practices. I have no problem with the quality, i have a problem that bunny rescues won't let me and my daughter adopt with our 'rabbit hutch' because they are cruel. There is no way they're not aware of this.

Our 14 year old cat began urinating around the house. So after ruling out medical issues I ordered her this cat house and we constructed it in our sunroom. She loves it. It has plenty of room and she is still very agile and so has no trouble accessing all of the different levels and platforms. When we let her out to socialize, she stays for a while and then we notice she has gone back to her “apartment”. The house is well designed and although there are a lot of parts, assembly was straightforward. All of the hardware was included and everything was pre-drilled correctly. What I would advise is that he house is for an indoors only. I’m sure it would fall apart in a few days if exposed to damp weather and it is definitely not predator proof if you live where there are coyotes, etc. But as an indoor enclosure it is absolutely perfect. Anyone with a problem similar to ours or someone who fosters cats or kittens will be happy with it. Shipping was extremely fast and the boxes were packed well and arrived with no damage. Win win all around.
