This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud, and its rating should have a large minus sign. Not only does it fail to deliver services as promised but also causes financial and moral harm to its clients. I have reserved SeaTac airport parking through various third parties for years without a single problem, until I made a reservation for 13 days in May 2023 through the Airport Parking Connection website. They emailed me a parking voucher that looked legitimate but turned out to be completely fake. When I arrived to the SeaTac parking facility, its manager refused to honor the voucher, saying that Airport Parking Connection was not one of their partners and that they had never heard from or about this company. As this happened immediately before my flight, it was too late to find another parking, and I had to pay $193.36 to park my car. This is in addition to $14.56 that Airport Parking Connection charged me on their otherwise fraudulent voucher. Thus, the total I paid was $207.92, instead of the promised $100.42 on the voucher. I immediately emailed Airport Parking Connection and suggested that they compensate me for the difference ($107.50) that I overpaid because they had misled me with their fake reservation. They ignored several of my emails for over 2 weeks, until I threatened to open a dispute with my credit card company. Then, Airport Parking Connection quietly canceled—after the fact—my parking reservation and refunded $14.56 to my credit card, without even apologizing or compensating me for the overpayment. Stay away from this fraudulent company, for which a more appropriate name would be Airport Parking Disconnection.
P.S. I have just found—unfortunately, too late—that Airport Parking Connection have used this same scam tactic since at least 2013 (Happy Anniversary!). In her review for Airport Parking Connection, which, for some reason, is not currently recommended by Yelp, Ilona K. wrote on 2/16/2013:
“This website is a fraud. I am the manager at U-Save Parking at JFK & LGA in New York. We have contacted the website on numerous occasions to have our location taken down from their website. They continue to book reservations. We were never affiliated with them. They charge customers 1 day of parking and leave them without a spot. DO NOT BOOK through this website. All reservations from airportparkingconnection… will be turned away. If you have a reservation through this website, please contact the website directly to receive a refund. If they give you any issues, contact your credit card company to report fraud and complete a chargeback.”
