Fabulous Experience. Will Use Again!


It is easy to book the reservation online. I appreciated the AAA discount. The LGA location is super convenient to the airport. Easy drop off. Transportation to the airport was quick. My return flight home was delayed by a few hours. I called and informed them of the delay. They appreciated the notification, assured me not to worry and wished me a safe journey home. Pickup was prompt, the car was ready when I arrived and I was in and out in ten minutes of my arrival to the parking lot. I will definitely continue to use Airpark Parking again and again.

Usually great. Not this night.

I’ve used Airpark many times with great success. On June 29th, we landed and got our luggage at 11:28pm, and called for the shuttle. It took over 45 min to come. Then, because so many others were in the same situation, it took two vans to get everyone, then no cars were ready when we did get there. Took another 30 min to pay and get my car and I didn’t leave until 12:50am. With two kids 8 and 4 at that hour, it was awful. Poorly staffed for some reason. I am hoping this was a fluke since they are usually so good, but this was terrible.

Drop off was extremely easy

Drop off was extremely easy. Got me to my flight on time. When returning home, my flight got delayed and I spent several hours in the airport. Waiting for the plane to takeoff. Finally arriving well after the time I stated I would get there. The shuttle was there ready to take me to my car waiting right in front of the office. Everyone was very efficient very helpful and very friendly. Anytime I do fly I will definitely be parking Here and if anyone asks me where to park I will recommend you highly. thank you again for making our trip beginning to end perfect
