Need refund.. no one ever came to pick me and my family up waited 45 minutes for nothing to come...had to leave and drive my car to the airport to avoid missing my flight..

I had to leave my car here for 4 months after my travel plans unexpectedly changed mid-trip due to the pandemic. The manager and owner were very kind to work with me on this unexpected situation and when I came back my car was safe and sound! After a quick jumpstart I was on my way.

Very close to terminal. Shuttle bus was right there to take us and pick us up both ways. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Super efficient.

I had a situation with the reservation when I went to check out and I am still perplexed by the way it was calculated but the attendant /driver took care of it for me and I was on my way paying what was stated on the prepaid reservation receipt . I also notice that upon return to the lot you have to call the driver for pick ups during the Covid situation it only took 5-10 for the shuttle to arrive after I figured that out. Luckily i had the number from the entrance sign when i arrived make everything easier..

AirPark has become my favorite parking lot when flying out of Newark. The shuttle drivers are personable and prompt, and the spaces are plentiful and a comfortable width.

Parking lot is in a very bad part of newark off the main highway. While parking lot itself appeared safe, the area directly around it did not appear to be. Booking online was ok and checkout was ok. Rate was good but not sure if it was worth the savings.

They give you a card that says they come around all the terminals every 15 min. Waited at 2 different terminals for 30 min. Called them and they said we are suppose to call them when we land? All while their card says differently. But they are nice employees

Great shuttle and felt very safe leaving my car, had to pay another $10 for some reason after I left

To reply, my flight was delayed and I was only there 2 hours extra, I could not do anything to change that
