I paid for an hour and got charged for several.

I parked and thought I'd paid for an hour of parking on their app. I was back about 45 minutes later and drove off. Later in the day I received a text reminding me to log out when I left. Apparently, unlike the other parking apps, these creeps make you think your prepaying for a designated time period, but really keep the meter running until you log out.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! They post confusing signs such as ones that say 2 hour parking with the nearest shop logo so a customer might believe those 3-4 spots are not paid spots. They then ticket vehicles in those spots. The customer service is horrid. They barely comprehend English and take several days to respond. The app will end customer parking sessions randomly so they also get ticketed. This company is so terrible it has a F rating on BBB. Do not hire this company or park in their lots!

AirGarage in Lombard Street, Baltimore - reasonably priced & quick to park & exit

AirGarage in Lombard Street, Baltimore, MD is a great place for short term and long term parking. Their rates are very reasonable compared to other garages. The only area for improvement is that today all communications with them is usually by text or email, but they respond within 24 hours or earlier which was positive. My experience with parking my car was positive. I prefer to park in their ground level parking spaces rather than in their basement spaces. My car was safe and parking was easy, entry and exit was quick.
