Service and support beyond their competitors

I have been in the Telecom industry over 20 years and the service and support Airsepring offers is so beyond any other carrier I can think of. They pick up the phone and immediately look for a solution. When you call support you are not talking to people paid to answer phones. You are talking to trained knowledgeable people. Any client I can put with Airespring I do. I never hear from my Airespring customers the are well taken care of.

Reliable & repsonsive

Currently we have a Grocery store Chain / Customer with 6 locations and Corporate a Head Quarters all located in Dade County. For the past 6 years Airespring has provided Voice and data for their entire chain. There are 77 Aire PBX Hosted VoIP users and Symmetrical Fiber at all locations. Best Practices says "Shop before you Auto Renew" Knowing they are coming out of contract August 2025, they had asked me to shop "mirror image" services with 4 competitors. Airespring Won the business for another 336 month by providing the Lowest cost and best solution Yvonne Napoleon Vice President, Customer Success, And David Limb Account Manager have been instrumental in our Customer Success. They are the reason Airespring shines, they are what keeps their competition up at night!

One of the Industries Go To Providers

I have been in the telecom industry as an employee and now an agent since 1988. Airespring is one of 5-10 companies we recommend most often.
Their portfolio of products crosses over technologies from old to new. What really separates them from the rest is our agent manager Mike Nesci and their VP of customer care Yvonne Napoleon. I cannot EVER remember calling her for assistance when she didn't pick up. Sometimes i think there's 3 of her :)

As a one-man show to support the connectivity and infrastructure for 150+ locations, Airespring has been instrumental to my success in providing my locations with reliable and secure connectivity, centralized management, and an uptime that would frankly be impossible otherwise. We would sincerely like to respond directly to your concern Bob, but there is not sufficient information in your posting for Airespring to investigate. No specifics are given. You have also not supplied any contact information. We reached out to Trustpilot without success for such information.

At this point we do not have enough information from your post to know whether the problem arises from AireSpring, from a spoofed call/message unassociated with AireSpring (which occasionally happens), or from a provider other than AireSpring.

AireSpring would appreciate further information from you. Please call Amy, our Director of Customer Experience at 818-647-0040.

AireSpring takes complaints seriously and investigates them proactively and in real-time monitors analytics of traffic patterns on its network for the purpose of screening out robocalls or potentially unlawful traffic. Based on the analytics, certain traffic may be blocked and/or AireSpring sends a warning to the customer from which the call originated. AireSpring takes additional affirmative and proactive action to eliminate invalid or unlawful calls. AireSpring does not permit its customers to use AireSpring’s network for any illegal or fraudulent purpose. AireSpring will and has terminated customer accounts for this reason.

AireSpring does not listen to or record the contents of calls on its network. There are legal restrictions against doing so. Even though AireSpring employs a number of proactive protections against unlawful traffic, AireSpring (in addition to every other voice provider) has no way to catch or guard against everything.

AireSpring regrets the bad experience that you voice here but we can't even be sure it is related to AireSpring without any further information.

Airespring has given us great service for several years. In addition to the consistency, the quality is great and when there has been any issue or a need to contact customer service, the response has been immeidate and effective. We have just signed another renewal for our contract. No reason to go anywhere else when you have the best!

Clear comms with functional people.

There are multiple reasons why I give AireSpring a 5-star review.

I get the best system status notifications of any provider I've ever used in my 26 years of IT. Clear and simple messages informing me of what is happening. And if that sounds like lots of downtime, we have also never known AireSpring to be down in the past 2+ years, so no downtime.

AireSpring is full of functional humans from top to bottom. The OG CBeyond was the only provider similar in this regard. I appreciate doing business with other human beings (imagine that!) and not just web interfaces and long hold times.

I am writing to report a serious breach…

I am writing to report a serious breach of contract and fraudulent activity perpetrated by Airespring and Caine & Weiner, who is aiding Airespring's fraudulent activity.

In November 2023, we signed an order form with Airespring to provide internet service with a specific deadline. The agreement outlined the terms of service, including a no installation fee and monthly rates of up to $600. However, Airespring altered the terms in December, demanding a significant installation fee of $19,000 and delaying the service delivery beyond the agreed-upon deadline.

Who would pay $19,000 for an internet connection? So, we rejected this additional fee; Airespring subsequently canceled the order. To our astonishment, a month later, we began receiving demands for a substantial Early Termination Fee of $37,000, an entirely unfounded claim as no service was ever provided. Early Termination implies that the service was provided, and we terminated the service early. However, no service was provided, and no installation was performed because Airespring canceled the order. So how did Airespring falsely and fraudulently create this $37,000 early termination fee from a $600 monthly internet service order?

Airespring has now assigned this fabricated debt to a collection agency, Caine & Weiner, which has been harassing us with threats and demands. Caine & Weiner have provided no supporting documentation or proof of service to justify the claim; they only had a fabricated statement by Airespring showing that $37,000 was past due. This behavior constitutes a potential fraud.

We have been loyal customers of Airespring for many years and have given $65,000 of business to Airesping. As soon as they lose our business, they turn hostile! This experience has been highly disappointing and damaging to our business. We urge other consumers to be aware of this company's unethical behavior and to exercise caution when dealing with Airespring.

We dispute the factual contentions of ICC, and further dispute the allegations we in any way breached our contract or committed fraud. We repeatedly reached out to ICC without success to resolve any issues prior to litigation. We remain open to negotiation and resolution. Because the matter is in litigation, it is not appropriate for us to discuss or respond to the specific allegations in this action outside of the courtroom.

In general, should additional special construction costs be required that are not set forth in a customer’s order form, then we seek explicit written authorization from the customer for such additional construction costs before starting any such construction. The customer has the opportunity to decline the construction costs and terminate the order without financial penalty.

Airesprings new portal called AireControl

THE SAN ANTONIO RESTAURANT GROUP WAS RECENTLY INTRODUCED TO THE NEW AIRESPRING MONITORING PORTAL CALLED AIRECONTROL AND IS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED SO FAR. EVEN THOUGH WE GET EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, THE AIRECONTROL HELPS US TO KNOW, AT A GLANCE, WHEN ONE OR MORE OF OUR RESTAURANTS INTERNET GOES DOWN. IT ALSO ALLOWS US TO SEE EXACTLY WHEN THE SITE COMES BACK UP AFTER SOME TROUBLESHOOTING, MANY TIMES BEFORE RECEIVING THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION. WE LOVE BEING ABLE TO SEE THE WELL BEING OF EACH PORT AND WHICH DEVICES ARE CONNECTED TO THEM. THIS HELPS US TO KNOW THE DEVICE/SERVICE THAT NEEDS OUR ATTENTION WHICH SAVES US TIME AND MONEY IF WE NEED TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO ASSIST.
OTHER ADVANTAGES TO THE AIRECONTROL PORTAL THAT WE USE INCLUDE SUPPORT CASES SUBMITTED AND THE PROGRESSION OF NEW ORDERS. EVERY TIME WE SIGN INTO AIRECONTROL, WE LEARN SOMETHING NEW AND WORKING WITH THEIR SUPPORT TEAM HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
