It was VERY easy to find the AED we use and the batteries needed.
One suggestion -- when you send batteries, maybe you could send some kind of tape with the date (that could be applied to the AED) similar to the green tape on units just purchased. It's a really good reminder when the batteries are due for replacement. We also ordered new pads since those too had expired.

AED Pads - Frustrating Experience
Update: business emailed and apologized. I do appreciate that.
Ordering online was easy. I got a confirmation email, but there was no followup on when getting the AED pads so I called. I was told there was a 6 month back order. I made arrangements to borrow the AED pads and drove 45 minutes to get them at a sister business. And guess what??? I got an email the next day they were being shipped.
