I am very disappointed in the quality of this watch. That's about the only function that works. I've tried to get information on how to get a refund but to no avail. This is the worst purchase that I ever made.

This looks like a great smartwatch, but be aware! It probably has more functions than you thought. BUT, it has NO instruction manual, and it is not at all intuitive! There is no way to control the volume for the watch. There is no vibrate function. There is no way to chose which functions that appear on the watch face. At least, if there are ways to do these things, there is no instruction available as to how to do it. Damn shame as it is a nice looking watch with a ton of functions. Great idea, just not ready for prime time.

I love my new watch. Everyone freaks out when I tell them the cost when they are looking at Apple watches. It works well talking on the phone while driving. It tracks my sleep well and all my exercises. I also like the digital built-in assistant to ask the weather, or to call someone off my phone contacts without having to dial. Before you spend $400 on an Apple watch, just try out an Adapt Watch Elite, and you can thank me later.

I got a watch as a gift for my granddaughter in gold and she loves it so much. She was really happy, and is always playing with it. It looks great, and feels very strong.

Super fast delivery, I got my watch in 4 days. Also they offer a discount if you buy more than one, i bought one for my wife, daughter and myself and got an extra $20 off per watch. We all love he watches, and they helped start a health kick for the family.

I love the watch, overall it has all of all the features they list on their website but the initial setup could be a little more user friendly even though it was kind of my fault for jumping the gun and connecting it directly to my phone through Bluetooth.
Pros: a lot of cool features, and great health tracking. Everything is fairly accurate and the watch feels very durable and is made of metal. The watch also has a huge HD touchscreen that is very responsive. Also the speaker and mic are pretty loud and clear, so it works great for taking phone calls. Lastly Mr. John Miller at Adapt Watch support is amazing, and walked me setup the watch, he was also super responsive and got back to my emails right away.
Cons: Just the setup for me, only because I tried to pair it directly through Bluetooth.

Super fast delivery, and is a really high quality watch. Their customer service is super responsive as well. They go above and beyond for you. I lost my charger, and they were able to get me a replacement right away. I’m really happy with my watch.

Worst ever Christmas gift. I have several smart watches and have worked my way up to Senior Reviewer. My experience was not nice, and the company support is not there. I have been in contact with the company and have not been offerred any incentive or payment for this review.

This is a toy. Tells time if connected to app. Tells blood pressure occasionally, but it really shines in step counting. It outdoes everything by counting about 5 steps for every one I take.
TOY! Buy one for your kids to destroy.

Don't waste your time or money. I contacted them a couple of times because the pedometer would not reset by day. They said reset the whole watch, which erased everything. The watch face is not responsive and is very frustrating. This watch does not work without connecting to your phone, but it doesn't do that well. Sleep data was useless. Sent it back for a full refund per their consent 9/2/2012. It is now 9/21 I haven't recieved any communication from them. This watch is a scam and the company is. . . please stay away--I wish I did.

If you want a watch that does absolutely nothing, this is for you! The watch can’t tell the right time, loses connection with your device, and has 0 functionality. I originally purchased it for exercise, but the only exercise options include sports- like football.. who is playing football while wearing the watch? I also can’t count calories which is why I wanted l the watch. The watch disconnected from my phone and it can’t even reconnect on my watch. I’d rather throw the watch away than continue to wear it since the app it connects with barely functions and doesn’t include any rules or steps to fix the watch.

This website (adaptwatch.com) sells unbranded fitness trackers at 2 to 3 times the going rate. An adapt watch is so far as I can tell indistinguishable from a watch sold under the name Colmi P8. Around $30.00 at Amazon and Walmart, $16.00 at aliexpress.com.

The contact address they give is in Illinois but the watch shipped directly from China. They claim 4-5 day U.S. shipping time and it took longer than that just to reach an international airport by way of Hong Kong. I suspect they just order the fitness tracker from a cheaper website and pocket the difference. I can't prove it but that's what I believe.
