Today is the 4th of July and my partner…
Today is the 4th of July and my partner Ned's oxygen concentrator began beeping continuously. Ned is on oxygen 24/7 so it's a scary thing to think about being without oxygen over a holiday weekend. We called AdaptHealth immediately and responded quickly and sent out one of their technicians, Luigi, a delightful Italian, who was quickly able to assess the problem with the concentrator and provide us with a new replacement model. Luigi was all the things you like to see in a representative of a company you rely on for healthcare concerns. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough in his assessment of the problem with the machine. And, in addition, he has a very engaging personality and it was a pleasure to work with him. Best of all HE DID NOT complain about having to work on a Holiday!! AdaptHealth is very fortunate to have Luigi as an employee.
