Very bad quality gear

Very bad quality gear. I bought two mic stands manufactured by this company. Both the rubber tightening handles went sticky from the warmer summer temperatures. They remain sticky and the black rubber comes off in my hand. Also, one of the handles just sheered in half, so it's completely unusable now. The materials they used on these products are clearly not fit for purpose. When I contacted the company, they said they couldn't assist me because I no longer had proof of purchase. Avoid this company if you want decent quality gear and good customer service.

I own a small acoustics R&D company in Australia. I responded to this page:

"The future lies in networking – and that is a reality that we live out. The Adam Hall Group boasts a growing partner network in the field of software and product development. Trust-based cooperation and project continuity amongst all involved is essential for successful collaboration. Do you have concrete and appropriate designs and ideas? We would love to speak to you". Our prototype and designs well exceeded the advertised standard - and it sounds phenomenal.

I send emails to the contact Robin Henlich and to info. Nothing. I re-sent email with additional info and request for reply. Nothing. I emailed customer service, and was given Case ID 797277. Someone will get back to you. Nothing again.

So, I complained about the lack of response to the case ID. Zero response. 7 emails in total, including informing Adam Hall of my intent to leave a review.

The administration and the collaboration web page are something of a sick joke. The most ridiculous and unprofessional situation I have faced with a notable corporation. I am very sorry I shared even as little of our product as I did.
