I received the device 2025-07-05
I received the device 2025-07-05. Installed everything & I know I did it correctly as this is a replacement for the exact same model that I have had for 9 years but the sensor does not send any signal to the display panel. Double checked batteries and ABC switches are both on A. When did not work tried both on B & that did not work either. Sensor & display 30 ft apart.

Communication issues with rain gauge
When I had communication issues between the rain gauge and receiver I contacted service. Monica responded and sent a list of things to try. I did these things on the list and the communication lasted a few minutes and then shut down. I contacted Monica again and she responded and we tried some other suggestions. When none seemed to work, she had a new rain gauge sent. We've had no rain, but the bars on the inside device indicate it is communicating. Excellent response for service!

5 in 1 display constantly disconnect
5 in 1 display constantly disconnect. Worked fine for a awhile then started to disconnect. Bought second display and it constantly disconnects as well and they don't reconnect. Tried everything nothing helps and they (both displays) just disconnected as I write this. Only fix is a complete reset and that is a pain every hour or so. Turns out this is a common issue and is well known. I am going to try and find a more reliable unit from another company.
