We made our first purchase from this auctioneer recently.
Firstly, we had to register a complaint about the high-handed attitude of their representative.
Then their bridging loan service via Octopus was disastrous, we ended up financing via another funder and writing off several thousand pounds of costs.
Completion of the property was also a nightmare and we ended up in a spat with the seller!
