1st Class Customer Service
Had a problem with the stim control. Power seemed too high but did not work at all on level 1. I was contacted by Avi Cohen and he instructed me in how to test the unit. It was determined that one of the two sticks provided was faulty. The other one tested fine, so a replacement is being sent to me. Service was prompt and courteous. Would love to have this type of response from all manufacturers I do business with.

Has really made it clear to my dog the correct heeling position
I’m a new IGP handler and the AC Stick has made it so much clearer the position my dog needs to be in! It has really made an improvement in our heeling! Only comments I can make is, as others have said being able to see the level it’s on outside.
