I bought a band set from them and first they were very responsive to all my questions. Then once the product was paid for and arrived, they pretty much stopped answering my questions about replacement bands.
That couple still uploads videos on Youtube using the bands they sell but they never answer. I'd stay away unless it's going to be one time purchase of their bands and you plan to buy other products.
