My background
I am a retired Electro-Mechanical Engineer [H N D] with a degree. I now repair laptops to keep my brain happy and some I repair some for free, i.e. if it is a missing or corrupt file, virus infection or even if they have lost their password, this is my way of giving back to the local community, the majority of my Neighbour’s know what I do.
So I thought that I would treat myself and started looking around for a new laptop, and eventually settled on this ACEMAGIC Gaming Laptop, although I do not and never will play games.
I have now upgraded the already installed 16GB DDR4 to 32GB DDR4 and added a 1TB NVME SSD.
On page 3 of the ACEMAGIC User Manual, section 5, they write that the battery is only able to achieve best performance after two or three full charge-discharge cycles. I duly undertook FOUR charge/discharge cycles and then charged it up to 100% for about 9 hours before any use whatsoever.
I sat down to watch a film on YouTube, and after just 2 hours, the alert came up “3%-low battery level”, which shocked me.
Using the data from the battery and using Ohm’s Law, I found that I was way down in usage time.
Then, to add salt to the already hurting wound, I found this article online. So to make things fare, I used my existing 4800mAh specifications;
The Google search term used was “What is the battery usage time of 4800mAh?” The original text can be viewed online.
This result, amongst others
A 4800mAh battery can last anywhere from a few hours to a full day, depending on the device's energy consumption and usage patterns. For example, a portable power bank with a 4800mAh capacity might be able to fully charge a smartphone multiple times, while a device with a higher power draw might use the battery more quickly.
I have complained to ACEMAGIC, told them of my extensive computer knowledge and due to the fact the laptop is now out of warranty (added DDR4 & 1TB NVME) I asked them to supply me a replacement battery, at one point I even offered to BUY a new battery all they keep saying in one form or other is return for a full refund.
I have pointed out NUMEROUS times that I do not want a refund; all I want is a replacement battery to replace the defective battery. Last week, I received an email with part of the text “the merchant is unable to reship the battery separately, as previously informed. However, we would like to offer you a partial refund without return of £85.71 out of the refund requested.”
I paid £286.20 and they offered me £85.71, I am almost positive a NEW BATTERY would cost less than that.
This laptop has already been purchased by others, no doubt without battery problems, BUT that does NOT excuse ACEMAGIC by sidestepping the issue, suggesting a refund or even a partial refund WITHOUT addressing the MAJOR problem, which is a faulty battery.

So, in conclusion, would I recommend this laptop or ANY OTHER laptop from the ACEMAGIC stable, the resounding answer is NO, absolutely NO.

All ACEMAGIC had to do was say, "Sorry Tony, we messed up here is a NEW battery to replace the defective battery. We know by your knowledge skill and experience that you will have no trouble fitting it.
Don't bother returning the defective battery."

M2A "Starship" Purchase

I purchased the M2A (Starship) with the i9 and 3080 graphics, and I am very happy with the product. I had an address issue with the shipping but the service people were very responsive in getting it fixed before it shipped. The only issue I have is with the NVIDIA driver support. I don't know the reason they have to not be able to update the drivers directly from NVIDIA, and host custom drivers themselves, but if this is the route they need to go with, they need to stay current with them. As of this writing their driver is a Late 2024 update (555.xx) and the current one now is version 576.xx. There are other outlets out there that produce the "Frankenstein" drivers, but some of those websites are suspect. Other than that I've had no issues and I enjoty the Product

Courier (Fedex) faked the delivery…

Courier (Fedex) faked the delivery paperwork that I had signed for it when in fact I was hundreds of miles away on holiday at the time.

AceMagic was full of it, that he had proof of delivery and he was covered, protected by eBay as my negative feedback became immediately removed.

Eventually found the laptop amongst some junk in my back garden where it had been for weeks, could very easily have been stolen.

Sold with an advertised manufacturers 12 months warranty yet within a week of first usages it has developed a fault, seemingly a disagreement it is having with Windows, whereas I start it up and within seconds it shuts itself down.

Contacted Acemagic service dept. by the info printed on the reverse of the laptop but they won't become involved, they only deal with directly purchased products and not via third party websites informing me that I need to contact the seller, likely for a return or exchange.

There comes the challenge, a few weeks ago the seller was all very vocal from behind a keyboard but now the laptop has developed a fault has fallen silent and is not responding.

So the advertised manufacturer's 12 months warranty is bull manure as the manufacturer is not the least bit interested as indeed nor is the seller.

I ordered the ACEMAGIC S3A Mini PC…

I ordered the ACEMAGIC S3A Mini PC (Ryzen 7 5700U, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) and unfortunately received a defective and non-working unit.

I contacted the seller immediately to make use of my 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws, but have not received any response to my emails or messages.

This is extremely disappointing. Receiving a faulty product is bad enough — but the complete lack of customer service and return instructions makes the experience even worse.

I cannot recommend this product or seller. Both the product quality and support have been unacceptable.

I would NOT buy a Acemagic computer

I want to do this review on AceMagic originally I thought I was going to be giving this company five-star review. I bought a laptop from Temu and as far as their equipment being their laptop that I purchased I would give it five stars. I really do like the laptop works great and is a great value for the money. But there's a big big, but and that is that Acemagic made the decision that they will not honor their warranties if you did not buy the product from either Acemagic or Amazon I'm not sure why that would be because I don't care if I'm buying it from Temu or whoever if I paid and bought the product legitimately and they are a legitimate seller of the product why would you not offer to honor the warranty. Like I said I've been involved in computers for 50 years now and I would have normally given this one of the highest recommendations I could for Quality price. But the fact that the company made this boneheaded decision to not cove the produ to the consumer and why do I say this, I actually called Acemagic before I bought it from Temu and was not told that it would not be under warranty but, I found after I bought it and called to ask some technical questions I was told I had to send it into I believe it was When I did they asked me where I bought it and the purchase order number which I sent them back. I got a reply from them that I have to go to Temu to get service. As far as I'm concerned this is so unacceptable and says a lot about the company and for that reason only and only that reason I give this one star and cannot recommend this to friends and colleagues. The sad thing is if they would have just honored the warranty they would have had somebody giving many reviews and more importantly would have shared with my friends and colleagues, instead I would not recommend them to anyone. Again I want to stress I believe the product is a good solid product but the company is anything but good but solid manufacturer that makes a product and won't stand behind its warranties doesn't deserve to be in business in my opinion this is just my own two thoughts take and do with it what you like. I do want to thank Temu is there customer support service did everything possible unfortunately the company gave him a bad email address that they don't respond to. I wish they would say that if they're not going to honor the warranties of the products they sell that they would then say you can't sell on our platform. But I understand their customer service at Temu was very good and they are not the problem.

My laptop is stuck on the boot login…

My laptop is stuck on the boot login menu and it won't work. I did everything that the customer service representative asked, including giving them a video of me doing what they asked me to do to resolve the issue.
My computer still won't work and is still under the year warranty, but it expires in a few days. I've been trying to resolve this for a month and they now they haven't responded to any of my several emails in the last 12 days. I am able to talk with someone on the customer service phone line, but all they do is write an email and say to wait 48 business hours to hear a response. I have called and waited 48 business hours 4 times now, as well as emailed their email for 12 days and I still have no response.

Acemagic AX15 laptop defective screen no customer support

Finally found a place where Acemagic folks are interacting with customers!
I purchased an ACEMAGIC ‎AX15 laptop direct from their website on Nov 25, 2024, and received it early December.

When I opened the laptop around Jan 28 of this year, I noticed that the left side of the screen is dark and it's difficult to read. Something happened to the screen lighting.

I usually use the laptop with an external monitor, it sits on my desk, and I don't carry it around. I did not have any accidents with it.
It is possible that the screen issue started earlier and I did not notice it until recently.

These things can happen, but the real issue is that I'm not getting a response from customer support. I went to their site around Jan 28 and sent them a couple of messages, hoping to open a ticket. No response.

I thought that everyone might be off due to the Lunar New Year and waited a few days and sent another message. No response.

Then yesterday (2/6) I found their customer service email and contacted them. No response so far.

I guess that I'll continue to find sites like this awesome Trustpilot site and share my experience until they get back to me.

Poor Support, Product broken after 6months of use

Mini PC NIC card failed in mid-Nov 2024…

Mini PC NIC card failed in mid-Nov 2024 inside the 90 day warranty period. Somehow (as I cannot duplicate) I was able to speak with a customer support rep after being emailed a conf access number on 8 Nov. Rep said the driver needed to be updated. He promised to email a link for a download - which I never received. All subsequent attempts to contact the company since then have failed since the company does not respond to queries submitted via their support website template. By now the warranty period has expired but the company will not even respond to simple questions about workarounds such as using a USB stick for Wi-Fi or BT connections with peripherals. So caveat emptor is best applied to AceMagic and their products. My advice is NEVER purchase anything from them! Typical Chinese poor quality packaged and priced to lure customers looking for lower cost options. Stick with a name brand computer company first as you'll end up buying from them anyway after the AceMagic junk frustrates & fails you.

Poor Warranty Support, Repeated Responses, and No Resolution

In English:

I purchased three ACEMAGICIAN Mini Gaming PCs in March 2024, one of which became defective after only a few months (it would not power on). I contacted customer support expecting a proper warranty replacement, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.

October 2024: I reached out to ACEMAGIC support about the defective PC. After several emails, they repeatedly offered a much weaker replacement (Intel N100, 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD), while my original was a Ryzen 7 5700U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD. Despite explaining that this was unacceptable, they kept copy-pasting the same reply.

December 24, 2024: After months of repetitive responses, ACEMAGIC posted publicly on Trustpilot claiming customer satisfaction is their top priority. They requested additional info, which I sent immediately (proof of purchase, serial number, photos).

December 31, 2024: No reply. Despite claiming they would follow up, they completely went silent.

February 10, 2025: Still no action. Their "support" clearly appeared to be for public relations only.

March 5, 2025: ACEMAGIC edited their Trustpilot response asking me to contact them again, which I did.

March 19, 2025: It has now been two weeks since I followed up via email after their Trustpilot edit, and once again, no response at all.

It’s clear to me that this is a tactic to make it seem like they are resolving issues publicly while ignoring customers privately. Their after-sales service and warranty process are unacceptable.
Final Verdict:

The defective PC is still collecting dust in my workshop and ACEMAGIC has done nothing to resolve the situation. Unless they provide an equivalent or superior replacement, I am done with this company. Do not trust their public responses—this is damage control, not real support.

Octobre 2024 : J’ai contacté ACEMAGIC pour signaler le problème. 19 mars 2025 : Cela fait maintenant deux semaines et je n’ai toujours aucune réponse.

Il est clair qu’ACEMAGIC utilise Trustpilot pour manipuler l’opinion publique et donner l’impression qu’ils prennent les problèmes au sérieux, alors qu’en réalité, ils ignorent complètement les clients en privé.
Conclusion :

Le PC défectueux est toujours inutile dans mon atelier, et ACEMAGIC n’a rien fait pour honorer la garantie. Sauf s’ils me fournissent un remplacement équivalent ou supérieur, je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec eux. Ne vous laissez pas berner par leurs réponses publiques, c’est uniquement pour l’image.
