The couch is premium, sturdy and extremely comfortable. We initially worked with Casey and he was very helpful in choosing our dream couch for our home. We purchased the 3 seater extra deep with the oatmeal beige covers and we are in love with it all. The white glove service was a huge cherry on top. The workers were clean, efficient and a life saver from having to set up the couch ourselves and having to remove the boxes and trash. 10/10 recommend 7th avenue and the white glove service. You won’t regret it!

The delivery and white glove assembly were excellent. There had been a misunderstanding regarding the format (deep seat vs. classic) and 7th Avenue replaced the relevant components within a few days without any complications. All around excellent service!

I love this company and couch
I love this company and couch! Seriously phenomenal customer service. I had bought one config. Didn’t quite land right. Worked with my sales contact and we ordered an additional piece. It made it PERFECT. It’s comfortable, stands up to my 2 large dogs and 5 year old son. And is so comfortable. The first white glove delivery team was exceptional. The second team not so much. They were late for delivery and they didn’t provide the same service the first team did (like steaming the fabric so there were no wrinkles). You can tell the difference between the original pieces and the second delivery. Nevertheless, my experience thus far with everyone from the company has been amazing. And the couch itself is incredible!

I was spectacle about the lifetime warranty, but 7th Avenue did not disappoint. They replaced the whole 5 modular seat since it had a hardware defect. Customer service was fast and reliable!

Stunning experience, from start to finish.
This is our dream couch. My soulmate spent a long time researching different companies before he booked us an appt at the LA showroom. From moment one, Casiah blew our socks off. This was the best purchasing experience we have ever had. The degree of care, devotion and awareness of our unique needs-- was extraordinary. Casiah could lead a nation, but 7th Ave is lucky to have her. And she patiently helped us find our most perfect set up for our new home.
Cut to Kevin who was a delight in scheduling and accommodating delivery; also wondrous.
However, the superlative final flourish award, goes to Gabe and Jose, who delivered our gorgeous beauty and assembled her with the care of an ancient clockmaker. These guys were radiant in their excellence and leadership.
We love our new couch so much that we cried when we first sat on it-- tears of joy. And our rescue dog who has lived through hell and violence, literally smiles when she falls asleep on it. It is absolutely perfect for us. Sumptuous, practical and timeless. Bravo 7th Ave. Highly recommend.

We had some challenges with the delivery schedule and FedEx mishandling a few packages. However, 7th Ave did everything they could to coordinate and make the situation right. The communication is 10/10, far better than I ever would have expected from a retailer. I'll absolutely shop from again and recommend their product to friends and family. Camilo and Homar were incredibly professional and efficient! They handled carrying all the heavy boxes to my second floor apartment super well and were very tidy and thoughtful when assembling the couch. They washed their hands thoughtfully before putting the covers on the couch so everything was super clean and looks great! I was so shocked at how smoothly everything went. They arrived right on time in the delivery window and had the couch set up just how I wanted. Would 100% recommend to any friends or family.
