after arranging a appointment for a quote on a new front door the sales rep arrived a few days later his name was Ethan ONeill he was knowledgeable about the product we were enquiring about he showed us samples and explained the process from beginning to end he has also stayed in touch making sure we were happy very nice polite young man
we then had the door fitted 5 weeks later
the fitter ( Roy) was polite helpful and efficient he worked fast and was very tidy as he worked he also cleaned up after the door was finished
overall we are extremely happy with the service provided and will be recommending to family and friends

We recently had new windows installed by 5 Star Windows and honestly, we’re so glad we went with them. From the first visit to the final install, everything went really smoothly. The team was polite, respectful of our home, and didn’t leave a mess behind (which we really appreciated).

The new windows look great and we can already feel a big difference in warmt, plus the house is noticeably quieter now too. Pricing felt reasonable, and there was no pressure or weird upselling, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

Would happily recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading.

I’ve used 5 Star in the past and was really pleased with the result so it was a no brainier that I would use them again when replacing my conservatory roof.

The service was friendly and professional as always, I never felt like there was a hard sell, and help was at hand at all times to answer my questions.

In terms of the installation itself, the friendly teams arrived on time and worked quickly. They tidied up after themselves and left their items neat and tidy.

I am thrilled with the end result and would definitely use 5 Star again and recommend them to my friends and family

We contacted 5 Star Windows on 22nd May 2025 regarding the supply and installation of a glass roof and heritage door at our home. Over the course of three weeks and 24 emails, we provided full details — including our property address, which was clearly stated in the subject line of every message.
Despite this, at the point we were ready to place the order, we were told our location was too far for them to travel. This was extremely frustrating, particularly as the distance is only 69 miles from their base in Kidderminster — something that could and should have been flagged at the outset.
To try and resolve the issue, we offered to pay travel time for both the site survey and installation. This offer was never acknowledged. Instead, we were asked to send site photos — a request that came after we had been told an invoice for the deposit was being prepared. No explanation was given as to why this was suddenly required at such a late stage, and our follow-up emails were ignored, including a request for a phone call.
We have not received any apology or accountability for the time wasted or for the inconsistent communication. What should have been a straightforward enquiry has resulted in avoidable delays and poor customer experience.
Sadly, our experience with 5 Star Windows has been one of poor communication, lack of transparency, and disappointing customer care.

We had new windows and front door. The product is fantastic and the fitters did a really good job. Particular mention to Paul who was so respectful of the property whilst working and left everything tidy and clean.
We had a couple of issues during window installation but 5* service from customer service in resolving them. We were so impressed we had them back to do the cladding on the front of our house (replacing 1970's tiles). Gareth and Ant fitted the cladding and again, couldn't fault them for professionalism, an absolutely fabulous job and i didnt have to sweep up after they left - the drive was so tidy!
I would recommend 5* to anyone. They were not the cheapest quote we had but the quality and aftercare service is amazing.

I needed to contact After Sales Service because my french doors were catching when I shut them, they had been fitted a little while and with the change in the weather they had become clunky to open and close. I can honestly say that both Charlotte in the office and Jason the fitter were a pleasure to deal with. Charlotte didnt fuss when I had to change the arranged date and when Jason arrived he was polite and courteous and sorted both doors quickly and efficiently, in fact they close and lock much better than they did when they were originally fitted! Thank you both for making this a pleasurable experience.

Great product - new conservatory roof - very efficient service and nice people.It would have been 5 stars but one deducted because of an issue with Gaffa Tape.This has now been resolved with efficiency and grace by both Polly and Kayleigh.
Not the cheapest company but we are very happy with the finished result and will certainly use again when needed.

We visited quite a few companies looking at Orangery’s but once we went to 5 Star’s showroom they were always our preferred choice. James then came out and went through everything with us and this confirmed to us that we were going to chose 5 Star. It was immediately obvious James had really good knowledge about the whole process and was thorough and detailed without being pushy in any way and he is very personable and approachable. Once we agreed to go with 5 Star James came round and spent time going through all our options etc and afterwards we had a couple of questions and changed our mind on one of the options we chose. We contacted James and he got back to us immediately and amended our choice without any hassle. Would definitely recommend 5 Star and a big thank you to James for all his help and support.

5 Star recently carried out some work at our house and we are extremely pleased with the result.
Charlotte arranged for the work to be done in a very efficient and speedy manner. Mike who carried out the work did a first class job to a high standard.

Patrick, the salesman was a real gent. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
Tim and Tyler were the fitters, they were also friendly and professional. They laid dust sheets from the front door and through every room.
They didn't leave any mess at all. Helped me to put settee back.

Earlier this month I had a new front door fitted. I can't be happier with the service I have received and the quality of my front door. Every member of the team from customer service, finance, sales & door fitting team have been so helpful, polite and attentive. Big shout out to the teams in the 2 show rooms at Worcester and Kidderminster - I visited them both several times and staff there were knowledgable, friendly & helped me in making my decision. Great service from point of order to installation. The staff were thorough and responsive, and the installation team efficient and professional.
Our door looks so smart and the house looks as if it's had a facelift. Compliments from neighbours too!
