Just had a motorbike crash accident incident

I had just had a motorbike accident incident crash on the 17th October 9:30am. I wasn't at my best thinking straight I phoned my insurance company and I was talking to someone from 4th Dimension they were full of knowledge.they helped to calm me down as I was alone after the crash incident.. they keep asking me if I was alright telling me to take my time.. very helpful I really appreciated all the help they gave me straight after it I can't thank them enough.. Thanks to the 4th dimension team for their professionalism, communication & prompt processing of requests during my claim process - really pleasant to deal with despite the ultimate unfortunate ending that my bike was written off.

Attention to service

After completing 1500 miles on our French tour holiday we had as light accident on our bmw k1600 , leaving us stranded in Britany with me being unfit to ride home, from the initial contact call I was treated with respect and courtesy, my bike was immediately recovered to a local garage and repatriated back to the uk with up date phone calls. Within a week of returning to the uk my bike was fully assessed and a lenghty call to discuss the damage and viability of the options, a further discussion with an assessor a quick and amenable conclusion was reached and contact with admin staff my personal affects were organised and returned,we felt that the service we received was far above and beyond what was expected and would like to thank all the staff at 4th D for a great service

My experience so far has been mixed, but mostly positive.
My bike was involved in an incident, and needed repairing.
After, what I would consider a delayed response in collecting my bike for repair, and delivering a replacement bike, it's been relatively smooth sailing.
The replacement bike was a wonderful Honda NC750, completely different to my Triumoh Street Twin, it was fantastic, the perfect computer bike.
On the return of my bike after repairs had been done, there was a slight incident, which has been hastily resolved, and my bike was returned today.
I must say, my bike is better than new!
Obviously it's had some work done, but the scratches have been buffed out of the tank, the springs polished, everything looks fantastic.
I was kept up to date throughout, in regards to the status of the repairs, and was communicated with as much as I needed to be. 4th D were available to answer questions when I had them either by email or over the phone.
A slightly bumpy road, but the end result is phenomenal. We'll done and thank you.

A big thank you to an excellent company.

4th Dimension were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date with a weekly email but if I needed to phone for an update the office staff were very friendly indeed. The drivers who picked up and dropped off my bike were a good laugh and on time, phoning before they arrived. The actual workmanship and repair on my bike was superb, just like showroom condition.
I would definitely recommend 4th Dimension and would want them to do any work in the future, if I ever needed it. Very pleased with everything and the way and timescale that it was all carried out. Great company.

An absolutely dishonest and…

An absolutely dishonest and untrustworthy company. An abuser of Trustpilot. This is the third one I've found and posted a review for. I believe it only exists to merge at a later date. I wouldn't normally go out of my way to keep tabs on a company but I honestly believe this company to be criminal and untrustworthy. I will be continuing to do this, for at least as long as they are withholding money that belongs to me, that should have never been paid to them directly and is hindering satisfactory settlement of my claim with the third party. Please read my other reviews, for this company, if you want a better understanding of the nightmare this company is!

Exemplary Service - 5 star

The service we received from 4th Dimension can only be described as exemplary. Jenny Sallans who was our assigned team member was literally the most helpful and diligent person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Emails were responded to promptly, calls were returned quickly, absolute care, consideration and outstanding service was received on every single occasion we needed to communicate with the company and with Jenny. We are thrilled that 4th D are the company selected by our Insurer as we honestly couldn't imagine a company who care about looking after customers more than this company and more than Jenny does. Many companies could learn a lot from her and the way she really cares about people and her customers. Thank you Jenny for taking the time and effort to really help and care after a really traumatic experience at the hands of thieves x

Great service & very helpful.

Ive dealt with 4th dimension twice now,1st time scooter was stolen,the whole process ran smoothly,to pick up,repair& drop off too,communication 1st class,kept me up to date with whole process. 2nd time someone damaged front of scooter, went through same process,had a replacement scooter sent to me while mine being repaired,all very efficient & friendly,NO hick ups at all through both my claims, very well organised & efficient people to deal with, very highly recommended.

Top class service and repairs

Someone tried to steal my scooter at the train station and managed to hack away at various parts and totally immobilise it before giving up. The police were not interested at all and there was no CCTV in the official motorbike area!
4th Dimension were the polar opposite. Nothing was complicated for me, the scooter was picked up, repaired and reappeared running beautifully without any fuss or extra work for me.. As well as that they kept me fully informed by phone and text on what they'd found, what needed doing, how long it would take etc then delivered it to my front door at a time convenient to me. And it's running as good as new and makes me smile every time I get on it.

Very professional company

Very professional company, kept in touch every step of the way and got the bike back in perfect condition along with all the aftermarket parts i previously had on it. Only downside was that it took 3 months for me to get the bike back which stopped me from giving them 5 stars although this was partially down to waiting for OEM parts, .

Great service, kept in contact all the way through the entire process. All the staff were excellent and professional. Bike returned within 4 week in immaculate condition.
