I gave it 2 stars because we used Greenlab a couple times and had a good experience but on 4/2/2023 we ordered a 420 gift bag and was told it would be out on 4/15 but 4/15 came and went and the package never arrived and customer service did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. Will probably never use again
