Buyers beware of doing business with…

Buyers beware of doing business with company's that don't have the means of verbal communication. Email and text is the only opportunity reach someone and the communication is horrible. I cancelled my order because I'm a VET and have been deployed and still NO refund! I was asked to remove my first post in reference to my refund, but 25homes customer service is horrible and the post will remain until my situation is rectified. Order#13122

CHECK AMAZON

Most if not all of the items they sell are bought from amazon and marked up 3-5X the price. Their customer service is very spotty and their return policy is very strict.

The product we ordered is exactly what we wanted and seems to be of great quality. We are very happy with this purchase. The only downside is the time it takes to receive. We ordered a different color set of couch covers and it took about 3 months to receive the order.

This couch is perfect

This couch is perfect! The quality of the leather and the stitching are great. I have 2 large dogs and have not seen any evidence of their nails on the leather. The service has also been outstanding. My delivery was incorrect (ordered white glove and got the threshold delivery) but they have agreed to make it right. By the way--assembly was not bad! I would definitely order from this company again

25Home Furniture Is The Best!!

This is my second purchase and I am extremely pleased with my new Lunna modular couch! Pictures to come later as we are still putting it together!

Without question I have to say that I am impressed with their furniture, but what is also excellent is their customer service!

If I have any questions or concerns they are quick to respond. It may not be right away, and that may be due to our different time zones. But they do respond!

The other thing is I don't find anyone else with my furniture! 🤗

Thank you for the fantastic sofa! It arrived exactly as confirmed by phone, right within the promised timeframe. The delivery service was incredibly quick and efficient. Most importantly, the sofa itself is absolutely beautiful and perfectly complements my living space. I'm truly delighted with the entire experience, from the smooth communication to the excellent product. Highly recommend!

I have never posted an online review...be careful

I have never posted an online review, but want to share this experience in case it can be helpful to others. I purchased a sofa and then cancelled the order approximately a week later, as I realized it wasn't the right choice for me. When I did the initial purchase, Sunny was very responsive, almost strangely so with the texts and all, but then it was very quiet when I asked for a refund. I was connected to Joanna who was to assist, but first she asked why I wanted to cancel. After giving her that response, she responded the next day by offering me different options for other sofas. I asked to please proceed with the refund. Then, several days later, she offered different swatches, attached photos and videos of happy customers to encourage me to still purchase a sofa from them. I thanked her, but made it very clear that I wanted my refund, or I'd need to dispute the charge. Two days later, I haven't heard back from anyone and I've had to dispute the charge. This has taken a week and it's still not resolved, wasting a ridiculous amount of time and energy. Easy to order, extremely difficult to cancel and get refund.

We had looked for three years for the perfect color and style of sofa. Was nervous to order over internet without seeing the color first. Color is exactly as expected, sofa is soft and comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to order from this company again.

positive outcome and experience

I give 4 stars only because one of our cushions arrived with a faulty zipper and due to them no longer having the color in stock anymore despite just having it delivered, it could not be replaced. However, I still can say ultimately, it was a positive experience. their customer service were always kind and respectful in their emails and did not stop until they found a solution to make it right. They went above and beyond and you don't find that often these days. thank you!

Great Customer Service

I have been extremely happy with the 25home customer service team. I ordered the Nappa Leather Upholstered Bed Beige / King size and was anxious about ordering from a company I knew nothing about. While the delivery company was not optimal (they told me they were delivering when they were only six minutes out with no advance notice earlier in the day to ensure I'd be home) and they didn't know how to assemble the bed - my husband had to step in to instruct and supervise - the follow up with 25home was very satisfactory. My emails and concerns were answered within 24 hours by courteous, knowledgeable, and professional representatives. And I love my bed!

Going to order a 2nd couch from here

I was very skeptical to order from here but they had the exact couch I wanted so I took the chance. The shipping did take about 6 weeks, but anytime I reached out to customer service they were extremely responsive. I’ve had the couch for almost a year and still love it. It’s so comfy and looks exactly like the photos. Only complaint is I wish it came with back cushions so we messaged customer service and they said they could make us back cushions for the couch (for a hefty price) but they’ve been so helpful.
