I did a visit at 4:30am July 7th and I’m still waiting for the correct prescription. All I got was a prescription for ibuprofen. When I chatted I was told that the doctor had to update the prescription as I was supposed to get an antibiotic also. It’s now 1:00 and I have nothing

I was asked if I needbmy medicine…
I was asked if I needbmy medicine immediately or would I wait 5 to 7 hours. I never even received my prescription. I reached out to the live chat tonfollow up and I was .. 600+ in line. My expected wait time was over 3,000 minutes! That is ridiculous and still have not received my prescription. I ended up going to a doctor to get it handled and spent money in should have had to!! Horrible experience all the way around
