I contacted AmX because I suspected a third party was attempting to gain information by advising me that my email was expiring and about to be discontinued. I was routed to 247 and spoke with Adem at length. He confirmed my suspicions and assisted me in changing my password and answered all the questions I had and gave me instructions on how to contact their office in the future with any questions.
