For me 1solution platform is perfect. MLO don't have to jump to different platforms to work on a single file because in 1solution platform it has all the loan origination tools that MLO needed to originate the loan. Best tech support team to resolve any issue you encounter in real time and help you on every step to use all tools smoothly.

1Solution made my life as a mortgage professional easier. When everything is in one place, CRM, Pricing Engine and LOS. It takes barely any time to get information from the client, structure the file and issue a preapproval cert. Not to mention the proposals we can send in 2-3 minutes from the system. It does not have AUS but that only takes me 5 minutes to import xml into fannie mae so it's no biggie.
