The representative was knowledgeable
The representative was knowledgeable, informative, and addressed all our questions and concerns. I felt the services would definitely benefit my company. The only drawback was the hard close at the end, requesting thousands of dollars for services to the company that had been formed less than a week ago. If it's about the money and not the start-up business, at least let the business owner have time to get the basic formation in place before scheduling a so-called "consultation" which is really a sales pitch to close immediately.
