I had a terrible experience with 10x Health System. I decided to try their generic test, hoping it would provide some insight into my health issues, but I ended up losing $600. The test results were completely irrelevant to what I actually suffer from, and it felt like a scam targeting the American people. Customer service says it’s not refundable and showed little to no respect for their clients! I would strongly advise against purchasing their services. Save your money and look elsewhere! Be careful; they will call you before your first exam to sell you the blood exam, which costs another $600.00

Can’t actually talk to anyone about results

Did initial genetic test and got results and supplement recommendations in a timely manner. Decided to go ahead with bloodwork too. Went to the lab two weeks ago. Got the results in a timely manner, but have spent over a week trying to schedule the lab review. I keep getting texts from various people claiming to be my health advisor and wanting to schedule the review. However, I cannot seem to actually get in touch with anyone after daily attempts for over a week…. Interesting thing is I was told I was assigned a health advisor that would work with me on all 10x interactions…. VERY disappointing.

Pay $500 so that you have access to pay them even more money to interpret your results! Wow what a deal. I wish I would have read trust pilot before I spent the money. I get the feeling that they just copy and paste the results from everyone else. Wouldn’t recommend. 10x must mean 10x the price that it should be! What a rip off

Foolishly

Foolishly, I paid $119.00 to review the genetic test. Twice, the contact did not happen, as I wait here waiting for a doctor to join me.
I want a refund.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Do not spend a dollar with these people. I have three weeks worth of back and forth emails on how I can access my autistic daughters ‘genetic’ test results. All LIES! There are no results, but since my daughter is covered by Medicaid I will get them involved. $600 for a box.

1000% recommend 10X Health

My supplement cabinet became overflowing when I tried to heal myself with no background information.
I finally got to where I knew what brand of vitamins were the cleanest and best quality but just felt like I was taking an unnecessary amount of vitamins… especially with all the new “viruses” being made and dropped on us, I felt like I couldnt catch up and was seeing no sign of improvement with my body.
I would workout, eat healthy, fast, and just felt like my body was in a routine of doing good one week then failing me the next.
I ordered my 10x genetic methylation test on June 4th, sent my stuff back to them the next day and got my results on the 10th.
When I got impatient… as we all do, out of excitement, I emailed them just to check in and the responded the same day.
Super responsive and I believe it’s a fairly easy process to understand if you have an open mind and know it’s all worth it.
I began my vitamins a couple days later after they were delivered in just 2 days.
Not only do they send you supplements… but they educate you on the foods to eat and not eat so that you can receive your vitamins your body needs naturally through food as well.
From what I got out of all the information they sent me, they want to set you up to learn how to properly provide what you lack through natural nutrition as well so that you don’t always have to depend on vitamins.
I believe it’s helping me to take my supplements they recommended for me because I need a boost while I learn to change my diet to fit what I need.
Surprisingly, I only have to take 2 different vitamins and all of my results are truly what is wrong with my body and it was very warming to actually read and see the causes and symptoms that I’ve been struggling with and actually have some kind of understanding on how to take control.
In my opinion, it’s much safer than having to go get blood tests done all the time just to see if you are over supplementing your body and not knowing what your body needs…
I’m excited to see where this takes me.
I’d like to suggest to others that you cannot just rely on vitamins and supplements to change your health… you have got to put in work obviously to heal. Changing your diet, what you put in your body and how you treat it plays a huge role. And I believe 10X actually provides a good amount of information to get you on the right track.
I don’t believe they would provide all of what they do just to get you to buy some vitamins.
When you are truly ready to heal your body, you have to give a little.
Truly be dedicated to your health and make a change.

Latest health money grab. Complete waste of money and i wouldn’t be surprised if the test ‘results’ are the same info just copied and pasted for everyone.
One of the biggest selling points of doing the genetic methylation test was to not supplement for the sake of supplementing. the test would provide you with the information needed so you can supplement what you’re deficient in..
Well turns out after all that money, i need to take their multivitamin, zinc, and magnesium.. oh and eat salads, sleep well, and exercise. 😂
Would not recommend, can’t believe this was so popular for something so stupid.

To be honest, the ordering process has been a mess. I am writing to give acknowledgment to one individual who has been the sole bright spot in an otherwise bad experience. My order has been fraught with issues; however, one representative, Jennifer Moncayo, has been outstanding. She has been helpful, responsive, and very pleasant as she has worked with me to help address the multiple issues. I am the CEO of a support services group operating in 11 countries, and based on my experience with her, I would hire Jennifer in a minute. Sadly, my final issue has still not been resolved.

Bad experience so far

So far, the experience hasn’t been good. I bought me and my husband a genetic kit. Mine came, his didn’t. I called customer service and the guy had so much attitude. When I gave him feedback on how the company can be clearer that although a customer is purchasing two kits from the same card, at the same time, the kits can be sent at different times from different labs, he gave me push back. He said “well, we tell you 5-7 business days”. Between that call, their lack of clarity, and all the reviews I’m reading, I’m really worried I just got scammed out of $1,200.

Cookie cutter report and recommendations

I’m guessing every customer gets the same recommendation after shelling out $599 for a genetic test - take these 4 supplements 1) zinc 2) magnesium 3) mentholated multi vitamin and 4) txg. Sound familiar ? Ridiculous waste of money .

I would give minus 10 stars if I could. Their genetic test is an absolute joke!
To begin with, I was never informed that my DNA sample would be sent to a laboratory overseas—in Australia. I find this unacceptable, as I was not given the opportunity to consent to international processing, which raises serious concerns about transparency and data privacy.
After waiting three months and making multiple follow-up calls, I finally received my results. What I received was shockingly generic, uninformative, and appears to be computer-generated rather than based on my actual DNA. The report lacked substance, personalization, or actionable insights. It provided general information that is widely available online, and rather than offering real value, it felt like a marketing tool designed solely to upsell me on additional overpriced products and services—specifically supplements and IV treatments costing thousands more. This is clearly not what I signed up for, and I believe I was misled regarding the value and nature of the service. I consider this to be deceptive business practice and, frankly, a breach of trust.

Waste of money

Waste of money. 400 pages of useless information. Definitely not worth the price that they charge. On top of that they just tell you about all these vitamins in an specific dosage that makes it impossible to purchase separately. Pay up front hundreds and thousands and get nothing in return except no being able to account for your genetic labs 4 weeks after confirmed shipping.

Initially I was so happy to try this program I had listened to Gary’s podcasts about all these test could be helpful. The customer service initially was great to get you to order your tests. There was definitely a hint of up selling all the tests at once. I was desperate to feel better so found the money to do it with hopes it would pay off. After the blood test results were in I struggled to have any helpful communication with any providers. Did my call with the medical provider who honestly had very little interest in what my concerns were and spoke almost scripted. It was a struggle to get a copy of her recommendation for supplements. My assigned wellness provider then called me listing off numerous things they were suggested which I again felt hopeful. Only for him for stay the cost of these supplements where over a thousand dollars. When asked why he stayed that they are sold only in 6 month quantities. I explained that I would prefer to do one moth at a time as I am very sensitive and have numerous allergies. He stated they don’t sell them that way because it’s how the providers want it done for future testing. He then tried to offer various work around like “ let me try to get your my discount “ which was still minimal. When I asked to think about it an get back to him as it was another large purchase as I had bought the genetic test and blood work together over 1,000 he was dismissive. When I tried to call back later with questions as some of the supplements recommended where already in the optimize pill he never called or emailed me back. I called the supplement support line and was told they were not able to help and it needed to go though the wellness provider who was not responding. I wrote and email to the customer support and was told the issue would be escalated and I would receive a call that day which I never did. I called at 6 weeks to follow up on the status of my genetic testing and was told that it was only sent to the lab 2 weeks prior. So I have no idea where my genetic swab has for the 4 weeks prior as it was confirmed by my shipping information it had arrived. Again I reached out to customer service who told me they did not know where my genetic lab was during that time frame and stated it would now be another 2 week wait. I asked for a new wellness provider as mine had still not gotten back to me. The customer service rep said she saw that my last call/ email was marked critical but was unable to explain why nothing was done and said she would escalate it again. At this point I have no faith in the company and am so disappointed in the lack of support provided by the team or the effort to help people get better. The most effort I saw in trying to sell 6 moths of supplements and continue to try to push more tests without being able to support the test results from the ones I had already bought. I wish I could get my money back because this has been a terrible experience and I used money I didn’t have to try to get better and all it has done is fail me.

Update after the reply from 10x about all their plans to follow up to address these issue I have still not heard from them. Biggest waste of money. I am going to be posting everywhere that this is the biggest scam.

This is a call center- that charges…

This is a call center- that charges 170x what they pay for your sample. They are understaffed. They are not reputable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FROM PREVIOUS POST IS CORRECT- THIS IS GROUNDS ABSOLUTELY. THEY USE INSTAGRAM ADS AND CHARGE 600 DOLLARS, Feel free to contact me if you want to know about what I went through. A rep said he was going waive the fee of 35 dollars, even after I said I would pay for it, and then when my refund came the 35 dollars was gone.

Shortly thereafter you contacted us requesting a refund , however, we were informed that a chargeback had already been initiated on your end.

As discussed, we had agreed to provide a full refund of $599 if the chargeback was withdrawn and we offered to confirm this in writing. Despite this, the chargeback process was pursued. Per our policy outlined on the website, a $35 fee applies once a kit has been shipped which was the case with your order.

Please understand that this was not a forced transaction — the purchase was made voluntarily and we did our best to work with you within our policy to issue a refund. We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied, and we do hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future and support you on your health journey.

My name is William Lowery PLEASE beware! Absolutely the worst experience of my life dealing with this bunch. I purchased the test in August of 2024. No Reply for months me saying I can't see the results. I have asked for a refund threatened a lawsuit absolutely NO REPLY! Finally a call and email 4/15/2025. We found the problem here is this link use this DOB etc. Each time I login USER NOT FOUND. Honestly I know stuff happens in business but this takes the cake. If there is ever a class action lawsuit I would LOVE to help prosecute these criminals. Contact me please!

Definitely a biggest waste of money in time customer service is terrible. It’s just a big money grab those other people out there do the same thing for a 10th of the price. The supplements are average at best.

My name is Kirk and I did the Genetic…

My name is Kirk and I did the Genetic Test Blood work and a consultation but I never was explained anything but what supplements I should take and not the break down of the genetic makeup and what diet and supplements and why I should take them. I have tried to get a hold of my rep rote emails and can’t get into my results to download so I have a record I paid for so I should be able to have my results, I have asked for someone to call me and every time I get I will have someone call you ASAP and no one calls, this experience has been horrible and very disappointing this is not how a professional business should be ran!

To clarify, the $599 blood test includes a consultation, while the genetic test is a separate service. We’ve designed the genetic report to be easy to understand with helpful information and videos to guide you through your results.

It's a win-win for me!

First I would like to say that the 10 X Health grew very fast and I don't think people realize that when a company grows so fast things may slow up a bit until they can catch up with what's happening.
I personally had the DNA test and found it very helpful and it went a long perfectly with what my holistic nutrition had told me and was treating me for with supplements.
I was prescribed one supplement that my nutritionist had not told me about and I began to take it I've been now taking the supplement for at least 2 months and I already feel a difference in my energy levels.
I then decided I would take the blood test which I had no problem setting up and getting it done.
The staff at 10xhealth were all very helpful and I did not find the pricing over the top at all in fact I found their pricing very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend 10x health to anyone wanting to look closer at what's going on in their body. It's a win-win for me

Biggest waste of money of my life

Biggest waste of money of my life! 400 pages of useless information telling you everything you already know about diet. If I followed the plan tbey recommended there is literally nothing left for me to eat according to my “Genetic markers” this is no exaggeration, there were 30 things I shouldn’t eat to every one thing that I should according to this report A total joke and waste of money for a mass produced report
