Ordered APR front wind splitter through 10 Second Racing as they had it listed as in stock and ready to ship on their website where as other companies said it was a couple weeks out. This was on April 30th. It cost $130 USD more through 10 Second Racing compared to other sites, but as it was listed as in stock I figured I’ll go for it to avoid waiting. After A week of waiting for shipping info, I reached out as nothing had changed about shipping my order yet. I found out at this point only, that they do not have it in stock and will need to be built to order. Also found out at this point that I needed to pay an additional $300 shipping. Over the $100 I had already paid initially for shipping when I ordered it. 3 weeks later after still no word on my order, 10 second racing tells me APR is shipping my order to them and they will inspect and air mail it to me, due to the excessive wait I had already had. They did not do that, they ground shipped it. 6 weeks after I ordered, I finally received my wind splitter, APR makes a great product and I am super happy with it. I will no longer be ordering anything through 10 second racing however. They have since at least changed on their website that this product is built to order and they do not keep it in stock. (I have a screenshot of the page showing they said they had it in stock ready to ship) If you are thinking about 10 second racing for parts, I would look elsewhere.
This won’t let me reply to Dan’s reply. Just edit, so, Nope, No confusion on my part about which splitter I wanted, and ordered. I would be happy to show you the screen shot of it showing in stock ready to ship. This is not the first reply you have made to someone saying they were confused on which part they were trying to buy, seems to be your go to excuse. Seems like 10 second racing could use better management. Best of luck in the future

I called 10 second racing and ask about the x pipe, to see if it was in stock. They said yes, so I placed an order. Then was told, item not in stock will be in couple weeks, finally they said they shipped the order with a UPS tracking number. I checked and it showed item not received from seller. I contacted 10 second racing, they said it was cause of the holiday week, could have got delayed. I waited another week, still UPS did not received item. I even contacted UPS, they said no, please contact seller. Called again, got the same old story. Then I decided to call them back and cancel item. I ask why the shipping label shows only 2lbs. X-pipe weighs more than that. Got email saying cancel requested. Then I tried calling them, leaving message. sending email, Facebook, but no response on refund status. I contacted Affirm and they could do anything, so I called by credit card company to issue a dispute, item canceled, still waiting for refund. I would not recommend this company. Been since April 22, 2025, I placed order. I understand item back ordered, when you send me a email item on its way with a ups tracking number. But ups does not have item, I waited over a week, then decided to cancel. Did receive email confirmation of cancellation. No details on my refund, they say contact affirm and affirm said contract 10 second racing. I filed a dispute with affirm, should take this long for a refund from 10 second racing. If you read reviews that are one star, they are true. So Dan, I heard all the excuses. It’s so simple no product, then refund. I’m am using facts and email evidence that you canceled my order from my request. So if Affirm paid the loan to you, wouldn’t you that have the money authorize a refund to affirm so I get my money back. Stop this nonsense Dan! Did you forget how your refund policy work. Also Affirm can't issue refunds or cancellations without confirmation from the store. Yes, I read your comment. I would have not order the xpipe when I called and said it’s in stock, so I placed a order, then got word it’s on back order, I order from another business and got it way faster then 10 second racing.

I still have business with 10 second racing, because you will not acknowledge that you will refund my money. Even Affirm says to contact 10 second racing to issue a refund. This is the only business that don't take care their customer. That is sad I have to file a dispute. So I hope that you read my review and fix it asap.

Ordered Speed Engineering Longtubes and it took almost a year to fill the order. I never called because it was when the EPA was cracking down on emission parts so I was one of the last to get the non-catted Y pipe. I had no problems with this. Was told the order was on the way but there were additional parts I didnt order. Was advised that there would be a refund of $300 but it had to go through a different dept and would take a week or so. After several weeks of going back and forth on where the refund was, advised them I was going to contest all charges. They wrote an email back to me saying "They would call law enforcement and press charges against me for the merchandise." I'm a very fair person but these bozos are out of their minds. I did end up getting the parts but they are terrible to deal with. I wouldn't ever do business with them again and will advise ALL to stay clear from these pricks. NEVER AGAIN
