Daughters phone turned off every 3…

Daughters phone turned off every 3 minutes, went to a few places including EE all wanting above £350 for the repair saying it was the memory board. Contacted 07heaven and he was brilliant. Trustworthy genuine person, had the glass back repaired on the iPhone 15 and a sensor total cost £150 - will never go anywhere else. Outstanding service, communication and genuine. He even met me local to save me going back to Burton and gave me the phone. Kept in contact to see if all was ok and said to come back if any issues. So many cowboys have these shops who don’t know a thing. This guy knows his stuff,

Excellent service and price

I broke the camera on my phone. 07 Heaven ordered the part and fixed it within 24 hours. Cheaper and faster than going to Apple, a camera protector provided free. I was recommended to 07 Heaven by 3 different people, and can understand why. Highly recommended!

Super speedy help by nice chap.

Super speedy help on the spot for my Aunts' mobile. Really nice guy who refused to take any money for the job too. Thanks so much, my Aunt was over the moon and didn't believe there were still such understanding people about.

Charged £20 for free code

My mum needed a Samsung note 10 unlocked and needed a block taken off the the simlock entry screen. She was charged £20.
All of this service (unlock and unblock) is provided for free by EE. I am disappointed that she wasn't given fair advice about the free unlock service.
She went back to complain and was dismissed.
It wasn't the owner who served her. Total shame as the owner does a fantastic job.

Avoid at all costs

Hi Sarah. Not good news I’m afraid.

This morning I have disassembled your switch. First of all it was missing about half its screws -not a good sign. I electrically tested the USB port and only about a third of the USB connectors were connected to the board. I’m surprised it even worked for a short time to be honest. The USB port had been melted by the installer. I’ve now removed the USB port but the damage to the pads and traces underneath is too severe for me to fix. Most of the pads are broken. I would contact whoever installed this port and ask for some serious compensation because this work is embarrassingly bad.

Sorry for the bad news

This is the state my switch was in when i had a USB c port changed switch i now have an irreparable switch
The reply i got from here was leave it with me and I will see what i can do but i cant give you a time

Which doesn't conform to section 55
of the consumer rights act

If the consumer requires such repeat performance, the trader—

(a)must provide it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer;

"I will get round to it when i can but don't be ringing me to chase it up" is not a reasonable time and also it is an inconvenience to my daughter
So i requested a replacement as we have already been told its irreparable, the reply was no.

Also section 49
49Service to be performed with reasonable care and skill

(1)Every contract to supply a service is to be treated as including a term that the trader must perform the service with reasonable care and skill.

The guy who was supposed to be repairing my item was self isolating and wouldn't do it (rightly so) so instead of being honest and giving my my switch back someone else who clearly doesn't have reasonable skill did it

Another breach of the consumer rights act

Also i reminded this company i have 6 years to raise a dispute for a service which was also dismissed

Avoid at all costs
